Any emergency service issues that occur after normal business hours should be reported and escalated in the following manner:

After Hours Repair:

Call the main customer service number at 888-598-0672 then:

Hit Option “1” and you will be connected directly to an after hours Repair technician (If Repair technicians are currently on the line with other customers, leave a detailed voice message with contact information and a Repair technician will call back as soon as they become available.)

Hit Option “0” or hold on the line if the after hours Repair issue is not urgent and does not require immediate handling by a Repair technician; You will be forwarded to an after hours voice mailbox…Leave a detailed message and a service representative will contact you the following business day.
